Your order will be shipped out within 48 hours.
ORDER TRACKING
All orders come with automated email tracking.
Upon despatch, an email will be sent to you with your consignment number which allows you to track the whereabouts of your parcel online.
If delivery was attempted and no one is available to sign for it and it wasn't safe to leave the parcel unattended on your doorstep, the courier will leave it at a local delivery point for you to pick up within 5 days. A card will be left in your postbox or doorstep with information for you to pick up. If you require further assistance, please contact the relevant courier company with your tracking ID.
Shipment to these countries require a P.O. Box address otherwise they cannot be delivered.

All expediated orders within Australia will be sent out via Express Post.
All expedited international parcels (outside of Australia) will be sent via Fedex and require a person to be available to sign for at the time of delivery. If no one is available to sign for the parcel at the time of delivery, Fedex will leave a card at your postbox or doorstep to schedule a re-delivery at your convenience.
TAXES AND DUTY
Orders to countries outside Australia may be subjected to import duties and/or taxes, which are applied when your package reaches your country. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary by you to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
