Upon despatch, an email will be sent to you with your consignment number which allows you to track the whereabouts of your parcel online.
TRACKING - AUSTRALIA
Shipped via Australia Post or Sendle.
You will receive automatic tracking updates via email.
TRACKING - INTERNATIONAL
Shipped via DHL eCommerce.
- Click Here and enter in your Shipment ID (starting with AU-).
- To receive email tracking, click the EMAIL NOTIFICATION button.
- On that same page, you will find a Tracking ID.
- Once your parcel reaches your destination country, DHL eCommerce will hand it over to the country's national post service for delivery to you (i.e. USPS for America, Royal Mail for United Kingdom, SingPost for Singapore etc..).
- Please enter in your Tracking ID at their website (national post service) for updated delivery status.
- For enquiries with regards to delivery, please contact your national post service with your Tracking ID.
Shipment to these countries require a P.O. Box address otherwise they cannot be delivered.

All expediated orders within Australia will be sent out via Express Post.
All expedited international parcels (outside of Australia) will be sent via TNT Courier and require a person to be available to sign for at the time of delivery. If no one is available to sign for the parcel at the time of delivery, TNT will leave a card at your postbox or doorstep to schedule a re-delivery at your convenience.
TAXES AND DUTY
Orders to countries outside Australia may be subjected to import duties and/or taxes, which are applied when your package reaches your country. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary by you to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
