We gladly offer you a full return on your order should you change your mind within 60 days of purchase.

  • Your full name
  • Your reason for the return

 

WE DO NOT OFFER RETURNS ON THE FOLLOWING

  • Items that are not returned in their original condition i.e. have been worn, damaged, or are sent without their original packaging.
  • Earrings for pierced ears due to hygiene reasons.
  • Jewellery sets that include earrings for pierced ears. 
  • Sale or promotional items.
  • Orders purchased using a discount voucher. 

We do not refund the shipping cost on any returned orders. Only the cost of the actual items returned will be refunded. 

 

EXCHANGES
For full price items you may exchange for a different size or item within 30 days of receiving your order.
Customers will be responsible for all shipping and re-shipping charges for exchanges. 
Exchanges are only possible if the item is available.

REPAIRS
All items are quality checked but very occasionally there may be a fault we didn't find. 
If you receive a faulty product, please Contact Us and include the below information.

  • Your full name
  • Photographic evidence of the fault along with a brief description

Charges may apply for the repair of pieces deemed outside of warranty.

We reserve the right to deny unreasonable returns, exchanges and repairs.
